The world is on fire! The ice fields are melting. Our weather systems have gone crazy – with floods, droughts, disasters. The clock is ticking. Can we save the human race and protect our planet?
The Youth & Community Development Team and Sustainability Team at DMU invite you to attend this action focussed event where speakers, workshops and showcased performances and exhibitions from students, young people and community groups will fill the day with inspiring ideas about the impact of climate change, and the proposed solutions to it.
Intended to encourage further local action on climate change but also offer a message to the COP26 summit in Glasgow – can you really afford not to get involved?
