This online event hosted by De Montfort University is designed for academics and educational professionals at DMU and across the UK who support teaching and learning and are interested in integrating Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) into curricula with the assistance of GenAI.

 

Join this session to critically explore the sustainability benefits and impacts of GenAI, discover the CoDesignS ESD AI Coach created and evaluated by the Association for Learning Design and ESD (ALDESD) in collaboration with King’s College London, Cambridge Zero, University of Glasgow and Manchester Metropolitan University.

 

Presented by De Montfort University’s Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) team and DMU Education Academy working with AldESD.

 

 

 

2.30 to 2.50: Introduction to ESD and opportunities/challenges around AI, including welcome from DMU’s PVC AI Shushma Patel.

3pm to 3.55pm: Demonstration and Activity: AI Coach tool

3.55 to 4pm: BREAK

4pm to 4.30pm: Introducing the CoDesigns ESD toolkit
