DMU is taking part in a national project to better understand the role that learning ‘Green Skills’ should play in higher education and we want your ideas!

Students, staff or professionals with an interest in these issues outside the university are invited to join a workshop session to learn more and share your thoughts with others. Benefits of taking part:

  • Earn a £15 Love2Shop voucher (for students)
  • Make a lasting difference to the future of green skills in Higher Education
  • Network with employers, staff, and students
  • Learn about the latest green skills frameworks to inform future staff development and (for students) job applications

This opportunity is open to students/staff from all subject areas.

Students – you should be beyond their 1st year of undergraduate study, or undertaking postgraduate study (taught or research).

Staff – please join if free, and if you are teaching in Block 2, you can promote to your students in January lectures with this slide: Student promo slide DMU.

Employers/Professionals – The outcomes of this national research project will inform policy within UK Higher Education on how taught courses can best support businesses, regional economies and national priorities such as the ‘Clean Energy Superpower’ government mission.
