How can we engage and motivate our students to make a positive difference to society through their experience of taught courses at DMU? Would you like to know more about how to integrate sustainability or the UN SDGs into your teaching practice?
DMU’s Education for Sustainable Development team are hosting a practice-sharing event for staff on the 24th September 2026, 10:15am – 12:30pm. Join us in the SDG Hub, Heritage House, De Montfort University, for a morning of inspiring case studies, networking and discussion on integrating the UN SDGs and sustainability into your teaching and learning practice at DMU.
We’ll be hearing from educators from BAL, HLS and TAC at DMU on how they have addressed sustainability in diverse teaching and learning contexts, as well as lessons learned and recommendations for furthering the Sustainable Development Goals at DMU through our teaching practice.
